Renata Seredyńska and Smaragda Kampouri. (2024-2026). Nottingham Advantage Award: Module NAA1462 Teaching English to Refugees and Migrants in the Nottingham Area. This module runs twice a year (Autumn and Spring) and provides language teaching opportunities for students and much needed English language support for refugees and migrants. In 2024/25 and 2025/26, student teachers were running IELTS preparation classes at the Red Cross in Nottingham and worked with refugees who aspire to study in the UK.
